The Seth Boyden PTA recognizes the need to hold Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the forefront of our work to represent and advocate for all children. Our collective backgrounds, perspectives, and ideas allow us to create the strongest future and direction for PTA and help us make every child’s potential a reality. Building relationships requires PTA leaders to question their own assumptions, intentionally build relationships and invite diverse perspectives to the table. Enhancing diversity, equity and inclusion in is an ongoing journey. Let’s help our PTA become more inclusive.
